The National FlyFishing in Schools Program (NFFSP) is a registered trade name of the FlyFishing Education Foundation (FFEF.)  FFEF is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation, whose purpose is to provide financial support to schools wishing to adopt the "FlyFishing in Schools" program. 

Funding for FFEF is provided by public and private foundations, companies and individuals interested in teaching youth this valuable lifetime skill.  Grants are made available to applicant schools to the extent that funds are available.  The FFEF preference is for 50% matching funds.  To review program costs and Curriculum Kit contents, please see Program Cost.

Schools who require funding support to get started with NFFSP may apply for a grant from FFEF.  Applications are accepted year round and funds are awarded as resources are available.
